KICKBOXING SCHEDULE

Our sessions are designed for recreational kickboxers to feel like the champion of their life! We teach choreographed fun fight like combinations with cardio and toning exercises to safely and effectively get you results. Every class is different but we still work to improve your kickboxing skills.

 

Sessions usually include: 

  • Partner/group drills

  • 2- 3 Kickboxing combos mixed with cardio drills

  • Conditioning/strength exercises
